There were a few missing items today, which sucks, because everything is usually fine. :( The taste of the food, at least, was very good.

it took an extra 30 mins to get our food because RR didn't properly keep enough chicken cooked to satisfy demand. since they are primarily a chicken restaurant, this shouldn't happen. plus, i paid over $40 for just 2 3 piece chicken dinners. each meal got 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh. on top of that, they packed the slaw with the hot food, which ruined the taste.

I paid for a two-piece white meat, and the white meat cost extra. What I received was three dried up wings. They did not call or offer substitution. They simply threw in three dried up wings. A thigh and two wings would've been better.

Usually have a good time here, this time Chicken & Waffles was pretty dry, I will give them the benefit of the doubt bc it was late but still sad. Chicken is usually fresh :((

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was dry and burned. It must have been sitting around forever. It went in the trash. I also ordered breakfast a couple times this week and they didn't have decaf coffee or organge juice. Basic stuff.
