This is specifically just for the intestine with pickled cabbage dish, the portions were huge and it tasted just like how my mom used to prepare it, if you are craving intestines with sour pickled mustard, this will totally hit the spot : )

Some dishes were outstanding while others are just ok.
G02. Sizzling Lamb with Cumin铁板孜然羊肉 was tender but not enough cumin flavor. The I06. Szechuan Dry-Fried Green Beans干煸四季豆 was excellent! Has delicious sauce and the right texture. The F05. Sautéed Diced Chicken with Chili and Pepper重庆辣子鸡 was also perfectly fried with the right spicy seasoning. Sadly the D01. Fried Pork in the Scoop锅包肉 was too dried but the sauce was spot on. Would other the Szchuan chicken and string beans again for sure.

I have had better sichuan food for much lower price in the Bay Area, this was too expensive and didnt have flavor
