This rest is on of our regular go-tos. I always get the Lentil Soup, or if im feeling fancy and want a treat, the tandoori salmon, which is rich and decadent. My husband orders the Palak Masala (Saag). However, we've tried other items on the menu and have not once been disappointed.

The butter masala was ok but very sweet. My partner got the mutter masala and want it hot and it wasn't hot (spice wise). Overall good food but a bit sweet.

Royal Everest is the best Indian food in the area. The curry is always creamy and the naan is always deliciously crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
