Pandu(Red) Mirchi Chicken Biryani B/L was delicious and the quantity was good too. Chicken was tender and succulent. I ordered mild spice level and it was appropriate.

Shahi Gosh Mutton Biryani is I like most here. The things I like about it are meat selection, like front portions like ribs, chest, shoulders meat it's soft meat mixed with fat. second it has unique flavor from dairy cream. it was mentioned in old texts 4k years people used to cook goat in milk. Third they good amount of roasted cashews, that crunchy nuts go well with flavored rice. Fourth the yogurt is thick creamy with grated onions n carrots, goes well with that Shahi Gosh Mutton Biryani.
I prefer mild version, if you like spicy. you will get bit of fried n roasted green chili paste, that gives you perfect spicy taste, and can squeeze a lemon to balance spice n fat/oil.

Veg Dum Biryani was very bland. The rice was too dry. Chose medium spicy but this had no masala at all.
