The Tempura sweet potato maki is like a better tasting sweet potato fry. So delicious. Best tempura in town!!! They always have great quality with really good prices and selection, I always enjoy everything I order from here (mostly maki). Plus the location is relatively easy for pickup, huge parking lot.

About 20 years ago, growing up, my friends and I always came to Ru Sans. I was vegetarian at the time and they always had the BEST veg sushi. I was sad to see that I couldn't find my fav rolls anymore. That is until I looked again and found them all under a category I had somehow missed (except maaaaybe one- I swore I used to get a reg potato maki roll too). Nonetheless, I have been reunited with my beloved rolls once again. I can now live happily ever after. Thanks, Ru Sans.

Grilled Smoked Salmon Skin Maki is my absolute most favorite thing on the menu thus far! I love the texture of the crispy salmon skin and the vegetables. a pleasant bite with a nice, smoky taste. it was love at first bite, and I can't get enough!
