The single bagel with garlic herb schmear and turkey never disappoints. Always fresh!

Just meh. Extremely small bagels and portions and very chewy undercooked bacon. Could be good but these bagels are smaller than store bought ones. The salt bagel had only a couple granules of salt on top. Very typical bad Seattle bagels unfortunately. Good cream cheese but they barely give you any.

I simply can't return here. I have tried many times. The bagels are tiny and regardless of how freshly made they are, hard as a rock.
Because of how diminutive the bagels are, what you receive for what you pay is not a good value.
Just never a good experience.

I am from Chicago and I have loved Rubinstein since I first found them. I told everyone they were better than Chicago bagels. For the last three months these bagels have changed dramatically and not for the better. My sandwich today was the worst thing I've tasted in a long long time. The bagel was shrunk by 1/4 and the tuna salad was terrible. I've ordered from them at least once a week, but I'm done. Ethan Stowell has not made these better that's all I can say

I order from here weekly and think the bagels and coffee are solid. However, every time we order, there are mistakes -- no avocado, no schmear, missing coffees (the worst!!). I totally get when they are low on stock so swap bagel types and what not, but 1 in 4 orders comes with no coffees, which is killer!! But they are kind of the only bagel option on here so we just grin and bear it.
