I asked for no salsa and I got. Other than that I am grateful for them making such a yummy plate. I am more thankful for the sticker across the bag for a bit of reassurance. Thank you

6 SMALL shrimp on my salad, fish on tacos so overcooked it could break your teeth. What a waste of $40.00. Rubios.....this is on you, not DoorDash! They were awesome.

I was sent an order or large chips that were clearly burnt and tasted horrible. The chips in one of the meals were burnt as well and in a different meal were fine. Kids bean and cheese burrito had barely a trace of cheese. Salsa side had only enough to cover the bottom of the tiny cup. I eat at rubies all the time and this is the worst experience I've had.
