Tasty bagel with good ingredients but always messy and didnt toast my bagel even once when I requested double toasted

Love the food/bagels and hot chocolate- but having difficulty recieving all items ordered through door dash (bottle of coke, add on container of cream cheese) all drivers have said those items havent been given to them at pick up when i ask them where items are.
