Love Rudi's but our potato was hard. Needed to cook longer. We microwaved them for another 5 minutes and added butter but they were still sooooohood and HUGE!! We also got the peach cobbler and it was amazing!!!!

I ordered moist brisket and baby back ribs at first, but the brisket was dry. The baby back ribs, however, were very tender and fell right off the bones. I regretted not ordering more. So, I ordered only baby back ribs this time, and it's very disappointing this time... They are bigger than last time but a lot drier.

The chopped beef sandwich is not chopped it is shredded very fine and mixed with bbq sauce but was still dry and tasted like a combination of hot:/sour. Not to my liking The sliced brisket on the other sandwich was dry as well. The jalapeños sausage was good. You do not have the option to get moist brisket on the sandwich because the moist bbq is more expensive. The green chili stew is very good. Very spicy. The order came with all the condiments that were requested. The beans are spicy which was good but not if you don't like spicy. Will not order the Cream Corn again as it is too sweet.

Typically their peach Cobbler is the stuff of dreams. taste like someone granny made it. notes of citrus and the fruit to crust ratio is perfection. in this instance someone gave me nothing but crust so that's the reason for 4 stars. the other 50 times I've had their cobbler i swear its heaven. smoked potato was fantastic, I only suggest just a smidgen longer cook time on the potatoes to make them more tender.
