Green Chile Stew is hearty and flavorful.
And I really like the Cobbler too. Not too sweet.

The Pork Loin is well seasoned and moist. Good smokey taste. The Pork Ribs are pretty good, a bit overcooked. The Potato Salad is on point and the Cream Corn is super fresh and well made. Overall, pretty good for bbq for a chain.

I order for my Dad every month and Rudy's is the best BBQ, always consistent and a quality experience. Wow, does he love the Banana Pudding!!
