I love this runza. They always send fresh food, packaged well. With napkins. The fries are never soggy or old. Food is never soggy. This runza does great all the time regardless of what I order.

asked for extra crispy fries all of my food was soggy. sandwiches were all torn up and not wrapped properly just thrown in the bag. for only being a few blocks away I guess I expected a little better
