The food was great, but everytime we order sauce like ranch we never get it. We have to pay for it, but it's never in the bag.

Overall pretty disappointing. The burgers were crappy, the onion rings were basically raw in the middle, and the shakes are made with chocolate and strawberry syrup anyone could get from any store.

I heard good things about Runza. I decided to give it a try and ordered the Chicken Strips Combo Meal. My food arrived fast but I was disappointed in the quality. Strips were dry and they had to be sitting for hours (I like fresh food). Forgive me but I wont be a returning customer.
