For me it need to cook little more so whenwe bite we can hear the crispness of the chicharron and need salt or something to taste and give a flavor to the chicharron . I wasnt expect to taste Costa Rica chicharron but I thought maybe they be similar. Anyways me and my Son eat it, its ok

They have been forgetting the capers/avocado/sour cream for the Ajiaco so ask your dasher to check if possible but honestly one of the best things on their menu (photo attached is from an order that DID have everything btw)!
