you guys!! this is the most hidden gem. I was nervous because not many reviews, but I took the chance. it IS amazing. the best saag paneer I've ever had. it's actual spinach and not that weird bright green color like some places. the byrani rice was the perfect level of spice and full of veggies. I'm so happy!

The restaurant doesn't appear on a normal search and only on doordash, but the food is really good! especially for, as far as I can tell, one of the only pure vegetarian indian restaurant in the area.
The Paneer Makhani Pod was perfectly sweet and savory and the Veggie Korma Nirvana had tons of vegetables that all tasted great together. The All Or Naan is on the slightly dryer side compared to others, but it's to go and it's one of the best to go naans I've eaten.
overall, this place is great!

This is a ghost kitchen. It's Taj of India, offering only veggie options (which is great!). This restaurant is clearly trying to reach new audiences with their other omnivore ghost kitchen, Namaste Nosh (not to be confused with the amazing Namaste restaurant on King St.!) but Nosh fails in the same way Saffron Leaf and Taj of India do: the sauces are so so sugary and the spice level is deeply disappointing. Decent option but mid food.
