I recently tried the butter chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was amazing, rich, and perfectly spiced. The garlic naan that accompanied it was equally impressive, soft, and full of garlic goodness. Overall, it was an incredible meal that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a flavorful and satisfying dish. Not to mention my food eas fresh upon arrival

Once an indulgent splurge, now an overpriced disappointment. Sad.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the Tri-Cities, back when they actually made their food from scratch. I've continued to order in recent years, after the ownership changes, but I think this was my last time. Much of the food is clearly premade off site and simply warmed or cooked-from-frozen. The complex flavors, the reason most people love Indian food, have been replaced by the most bland, flavorless iterations. I'll save my money and just buy things from Spice World myself, since that's probably where most of the "ingredients" now come from anyway.

Loved the 36. Saag (Palak) and dal 63. Dal Makhani. Oh and can't forget the 28. Feta Naan- delicious!! 63. Dal Makhani has a spicy kick to it, but also has great flavor! Definitely plan to visit again.

Chicken pieces in the tikka masala were cut too big and ended up overcooked, rubbery, and tasteless inside. First time I've ever been dissatisfied with the food at Sahib. The taste of the sauce and garlic naan were suberb as always.
