• DoorDash orderMilk tea was missing from my order, but the freaking B1: Banh Mi Bo Kho made up for it! Think the comforting stew your mama made you growing up, BUT with a vietnamese twist that brings it to the next level without losing that comfort. Cilantro is a big hit in Bo kho, and I know there's likely ginger as well (tho it's not a strong flavor). I lived in Vietnam for 3 years, and Saigon restaurant's version is just as good as what I had there, but with more beef! Really, really impressed. Bravo, it satiated my craving.
