absolutely beautiful traditional pork bahn mi , one of the best I have had yet so fresh and filled with just the right amount of everything

Was a very basic Banh Mi, no flavour very bland.
Roast Pork was all fat, very little meat or Crackling , if Crackling it was soggy or burn't (Black), no Vietnamese pate or Vietnamese sauce, no red onion and it had coriander on it but no chilli which it should have on it, the only thing good was the crunchy fresh baguette roll.

The Crackling Pork Baguette is incredible. Lots of crackling bits and meat. Rice paper roll is also great

gone from 5 stars to 3. pork crackling Bahn mi is almost half the size it used to be. the rolls are soft and smaller. the flavours are there no doubt about that.

The best pho restaurant in Newcastle in my opinion! Even better than many Vietnamese pho restaurants in Sydney! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!
