I saw that theSan Francisco Chronicle recently named Saigon Seafood Harbor as one of the best Bay Area dim sum restaurants, and though it's right in our backyard, we had never tried it. I ordered walnuts Honey Glazed Walnut Prawns for lunch today and they were delicious! Generous portion, nice presentation (for takeout/delivery) and very tasty. A little sweeter than Yank Sing's and with less fish sauce and lettuce instead purple cabbage salad, but very good. Also liked the sesame seeds on the glazed walnuts.

The dim sum dishes are flavorful; I would not recommend ordering the cod over rice. You get a lot of rice (the take away container was loaded with rice. Too much rice) and very little cod and tender greens (bok choy). It was over priced.

3 basic items for $92 is ridiculous!! the beef chow mein lacked beef!! and not enough onions in the noodle dish!!! the chicken sliced too thin!! pork chop was good but again the portion is not worth for the cost!! why everything has to be too thin!!!! No I am not an eater!! would like to enjoy is all!! Is that too much to ask??

The Hai nan chicken was flavorful n good but they were very skimpy on the chicken. It has very little meat. Came with lots of rice and good portion of vegetables. 3 stars only due to very little meat and they only gave meat with bones , no meaty breast part.
