All subs are served with a Vietnamese style garlic aioli topped with pickled carrots, cucumber, pickled daikon, onion, cilantro & jalapeño peppers. Add cheese, pork pate, extra meat, tofu/pieces for an additional charge, Vietnamese sub sauce, hot sauce, salt & pepper.
