One of the most popular rolls at this San Francisco sushi spot is called OMG (it’s made from spicy tuna with white tuna, jalapeno, and spicy mayo), and that may also be your reaction to Sakesan’s enti…
I am very happy Sakesan was open on New Year's Eve. I love that they offer dishes like grilled anchovies and baby abalone that I haven't seen msny otherJapanese eateries offer. Their makizushi roll is the best tasting in the city too, not real sweet but tasty, at least as good as my mom snd grandmom usedto make. We ate all the yams last night as a snack. The sushi looks good and fresh. Happy New Year!

The sushi tasted fine but the rolls were tiny, especially the rainbow roll and super dynamite roll, about half the size of normal rolls. Which makes this very overpriced compared to every other sushi restaurant I've ever had

The Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen tasted all burnt, like very burnt, no flavour at all...had to trash it.
Crunchy Roll was good.
Deluxe California Roll was ok.
They put the sushi together in one box and all were stuck with each other. Would have been nice if it was in separate boxes. The broth wasnt packed well, it was all over in the plastic bag.
The size of the sushi was tiny compared to others places. Not worth the $45 food.
Would never order from this place.

Mini-sushi! Honestly the smallest sushi I've ever had. I've been ordering from here for a while, and the sushi keeps getting smaller and smaller . This marks my last order sadly. It's too much money for minis.

That meal was awful! Sushi rice was hard. Any roll with nori was cracked. The curry tasted like a bland Dinty Moore stew. Also, I had to wait over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Order from Rocket Sushi so much better!
