Just picked up a takeout order from Sakura of Japan, and their Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki is a game-changer! The chicken and shrimp were grilled to perfection, and the teriyaki glaze was incredibly flavorful. The portion size was ample, and the food was ready in no time. The sauce could be significantly better, sweeter, and more tangy. This tastes like boiled chicken sitting in watered-down teriyaki juices for a while, not like grilled chicken with teriyaki glaze. It's not bad, but it's not great.

Beyond beyond terrible. I order from many different locations and I've never had a bad experience but the food at this location was awful. normally the food is great from the Sakura chains. This one downtown was so bad. The chicken was hard and dry and the sauce has less flavor. I told Doordash that i didn't want a refund and to resend a fresh order and Sakura sent me the same exact poor quality food. it tasted like 4 day old leftovers. Also i paid for extra teriyaki and they never sent it in either delivery, the 1st or the re-delivery. smh.
