The Green Curry was one dimensional this evening (we had two separate orders - one tofu, one chicken), like no umami as if missing the fish/soy sauce, spices/basil, etc. It was salty enough, but my husband and I were both super disappointed. The Larb Gai on the other hand, tasted like they poured a bottle of fish sauce on it and didn't cook it off - it was really gross. My 8 y/o son literally gagged and spit it out. The Chicken Satay was good, and the Kaprow was delicious. The Pad Thai was also decent. But we won't be ordering from Sala Thai again until we try many other Thai restaurants.

The curry is watered down and separated. First time ordering here and decided with an order of green curry (Red/Green Curry). Being someone that orders Thai curry often, this seemed as though someone added water to make the curry go further. It lacked flavor because of this.
