My favorite BBQ in STL. The meat is not overpowered with too much seasoning - it is smoked to perfection, and ideal for my spouse who is ultra-sensitive to spices, garlic, etc. The sides are amazing - I love that I can have low-carb, delicious accompaniments to the meat like the slaw, green bean salad, kale crunch salad; I don't feel overfull or carb-crashy after I eat here. 10/10 consistently great food.

I ordered the Kale crunch salad with burnt ends and the burnt end ravioli. it was very overpriced for what I got. there were 6 ravioli only. the burnt ends were very dry and seemed like old brisket drenched in BBQ sauce.

Ribs are so tender.
Side Kale salad is nicely portioned. The Italian dressing pairs with the salad so well. It's not the normal "runny" it has a slighy creamy. So delicious, definitely would order again.

The food was cold, brisket dry, popovers managed to be wet and dry at the same time, items missing and the coleslaw was swimming in vinegar.
Overall it was a VERY expensive mistake ordering from here.

Underwhelmed. The burnt ends were dry but there was a quarter inch of grease in the bottom of the container. The Mac and cheese was runny and the only thing in it with any taste was the Ritz crackers. The bread was completely hollow and gross... not worth the $30 I paid. This was my 3rd and last attempt with Sugarfire. The first time, last summer (2023), was really good. Has been substandard both times since. It's just not worth the high price.
