This is my go to steak place because of the consistent quality of the food plus it priced very reasonably relative to other steak place that simply are not better just more expensive

We ordered/paid for *2* Vaquero Taco dinners. Only one delivered. On top of that, 1st "dasher" cancelled, writing he was "having to wait too long at restaurant," leading to way-too-long delivery time.
After delayed delivery by 2nd dasher, and discovering SG error, I called and spoke with manager; he agreed to provide 2nd dinner, but I had to drive and pick it up, of course. All together, about 2 hours from placing order to dining; not-at-all a good representation for Salt Grass.

The baked potato soup had so much salt I gagged and threw it out. My steak was so rare it had blood running all over the container.....I ordered it medium well!!

Unsatisfied, I requested 2 medium well steaks and received 2 medium rare steaks. We couldn't even eat them. These cost too much for the order to be wrong.
