my shrimp was delicious, but for the price of the turkey neck I thought it would have been larger and this one was a bit undercooked it was a little tougher than I prefer

OMGoodness so so good. Seasoned and coked to perfection. I'm not ashamed to say I ate all 3 lbs with corn and potatos.
