everything perfect the employees attitude this sams in ruther glen couldn't be doing anything to make it better my 8 kids and my wife loves them we can't say enough about this sams food employees communication they know how to cook it our way thanks sams of ruther Glen you are a tribute to fast food and service

didn't make the 1 sub correctly this time and both subs didn't have season flavor this time and both orders of fries was cold l seem to do better when I order on Friday nights I still won't go anywhere else for my subs I love these guys and prices are fair

the steak and cheese sub was actually very tasty it didn't appear like it would because the way it was made but it had excellent taste the spaghetti not so much it was very watery and had the wrong sauce but the sub was fantastic loved it and coleslaw was great

usually they are amazing, this time the Bacon Cheese Fries were not cooked at all and completely wet and raw, bacon wasn't cooked either and it was thrown together. I love spending 19 dollars on fries that are inedible. You normally do sooo much better, c'mon guys
