Their vegan hot Cookie Butter Hot Chocolate (VO) is really good, but usually arrives cold and I have to heat it up. also they seem to struggle to get your order right - they only packed one of the Crispy Potatoes (2140 kJ) I asked for, and on another order they only sent about 8 small pieces of potatoes. pretty stingy for $10.95! And today's potatoes were quite salty. Basically they have a wonderful menu but I think their staff needs to pay a bit more attention

Churros were hard, frozen berries and mangoes were used. Cream was so little barely a teaspoon amount, didn't cover half the croffle. Didn't enjoy at all.

The Coffee Frappe (1460 kJ) was literally a cup of just coffee. Like I couldn't taste the milk or sugar, or anything but the coffee. It was too strong, bitter, and also bland as hell. Not worth the price. The Gelato 500ml tub was only half filled, which again, rip off. If I'm paying an arm and a leg for a tub of gelato, fill the damn tub. Don't be holding back on me. I love my boysenberry. It's delicious, so give me alllll of it. The last time I got the gelato tub, it was filled to the brim. Excellent. Probably a matter of what manager is on. The Salted Caramel Classic Shake (2510 kJ) was lovely.
