You guys are great! Being from the islands, we get to have very tasty food services back home. Out in the mainland its hard to find a good Asian restaurant that is close to back home. You guys come very close in all your food. Keep it up. Don't change your taste or techniques because it works.

The shrimp is weird. Triangles shaped fry pieces - looks worse than a mcdonald's fish sandwich.
