I really like their bakery . It tastes delicious
but I am so upset with the way they handled my online order today on Valentines . My bestfriend wanted to give me a treats and I ordered my favourite items .
I ordered New York roll and chocolate croissant . items were out ofstock .store offered me to substitute for valentine specials , which I was so happy to substitute. They never responded back and instead send the dasher with only one almond croissant , which i didnt want and didnt order . I dont like almonds :(
It's not good customers service and you need to work on it , you should have just cancel my order or at least replied to me . I was waiting one hour just to receive old almond croissant , which was super dry and not tasty . I am upset with the way u handle it.
