Just ordered from Rose City Smash through DoorDash, and wow what a burger! The smash burger was perfectly crispy on the edges, juicy in the middle, and stacked with flavor. You can tell they know what they’re doing. the fries??? Golden, crispy, and seasoned just right not a single soggy fry in sight.

This is the best place in town! The La Luna is amazing! My husband and I get the La Luna on Sourdough and it is huge and just absolutely delicious. They get the meat ready right on site so it's just fresh and perfect. The fries are awesome too but I usually can't even finish my sandwich. You have to go here at least once and try it because once you do, I guarantee you will be making this one of your regular go to spots!!

Our favorites are the smash burgers (the Holy Smokes Smash is perfect and a double is a steal at $14), The Peewee (really beautiful reuben), and La Luna (the smoked apple butter is insane). The battered fries and potato salad are my go to sides and the slaw is solid. Good people. Feels like my new reliable takeout joint.

I ordered the Italian Necktie ^ and boy did it not disappoint. Heard about this place through Ben when I was grabbing lunch at Big's off Glisan, and I finally got to try it and I love it. Amazing sandwich with great flavor and a great price. I will even say it's the best sandwich I've had in Portland.
I was just talking to my cousin about how I've been wishing Portland had a great sandwich shop. Coming from Santa Barbara, we had South Coast Deli which was wonderful, and now I think I've found the place to scratch that itch.

The fries were way too salty. They burger had burnt onions and a weird flavorless sauce on it. Not sureif that was suppose to be the cheese or what. LThe patties were warm but the bun was cold. Weird. Perhaps they should toast the bun. The size of the burger(Dbl) and amount of fries you get I think was very good for the price compared to other restaurants. I wouldn't purchase this again. Oh,and the cookie was very underwhelming and not worth the price at all.
