The noodles themselves are thicker than I usually get in pho but add a unique texture to the ensemble. And I would've liked twice the meat. The broth is savory and has good flavor.
The Vietnamese Pho noodle soup is overall tasty and a good sized portion for the price.

eggs were overcooked.
pancakes and French toast came with no butter or syrup... you are expected to eat them dry.
a side of bacon is 1 piece of bacon.... the most expensive bacon I've had in my entire life.

The beef pho had almost no noodles in it and there were very little bean sprouts for the portion. I basically spent $20 on broth and some meat. I don't understand why they don't put noodles on the side nor why they've removed the customize option to ask for noodles on the side or add extra bean sprouts.

Best diner in town. Always delicious, variety for any mood. Huge quantity of food for a low price. Santa Cruz Diner has been around for forever because they know how to do things right!

There are many selections on their breakfast menu, and I have enjoyed them all. Very well prepared, safely packaged for us take-out patrons, and excellent service. I keep coming back for more scrumptious home cooking.
