The noodles themselves are thicker than I usually get in pho but add a unique texture to the ensemble. And I would've liked twice the meat. The broth is savory and has good flavor.
The Vietnamese Pho noodle soup is overall tasty and a good sized portion for the price.

the pho was pretty good, i just wish they'd put the noodles on the side so they don't get so soggy. fries were crispy and soup was hot.

The Chicken Castroville , mashed potatoes and gravy were really good!.. but the salad (rubbery ice berg lettuce) and veggies (cheap rubbbery frozen mix) had to be thrown away.
