The food was amazing, the rice and red beans were perfectly seasoned and went great with the crispy belly!

I was really looking forward to trying this place based on all the great reviews, but my experience didn’t live up to the hype. Portions were generous, and the rice and beans were solid, but the chicken was overcooked and dry, making it inedible. The quesito lacked sweetness, tasting more like plain pastry with cream cheese. My order was also missing food, and for an $80 order, I didn’t even get a napkin. To top it off, the main dish I was craving wasn’t even available. The pork was good, but the empanadas were underwhelming—too little filling and no option to add cheese. Maybe it was just an off day, but I expected better based on the reviews

Oh my gosh, I ordered the pork belly on a whim and I am so glad I did. This was a delicious entree, and the portion huge.

Santiagos is the best place in area of Winter Haven and Auburndale where you can find everything you need for making an amazing hispanic dinner. They also have a very good variety of foods done and ready for you to pick and go. The taste of it is amazing, just feels like home.
