I absolutely love your shrimp Ceviche Tapas. I have eaten in and had delivered frquently Maybe theres a new manager or chef but the last several orders I had delivered are very inconsistent. You no longer include chips and a small salsa. I only eat ceviche with tortilla chips, dont care for crackers with it. Luckily tonight I had a bag of Tostitos in the pantry. Consistency in how your dishes are prepared is to me the number one priority in food service. I hope this is accepted as constructive feedback. Thanks

I ordered the fajita nachos and pozole. The nachos were amazing, I would have enjoyed them even more if the cheese didn’t settle to the bottom and make the chips soggy. The pozole was not my favorite. The flavor was pleasant, but the chicken was dry.
