Pork in the ramen was tough and stale not freshly cooked and buttery. Also had canned sliced bamboo shoots... not authentic Japanese Ramen and not fresh!!!

• DoorDash reviewShrimp Tempura wasn't made with tempura batter. Ordered Sapporo Butter Ramen and the pork was tough and was at least 1 day old . This isn't authentic Japanese Ramen and the bamboo shoots were mushy....yuck! Ended up throwing it away.
