We ordered the Cajun Grilled Salmon with Cheesy Jalapeno Grits and Red "Who Dat" Red Beans and Rice. Both dishes were amazing, tasted authentic, and healthy portion sizes. We also tried the banana pudding, which had the consistency of a mouse more than a pudding, but it was alright.

I love the concept of the restaurant but there is room for improvement. The pasta was good but the shrimp and chicken needed to be cooked a little longer so I cooked it longer. The beignets were not at all like the beignets I have eaten at different restaurants. Please revise the recipe. It tastes like really doughy wheat bread. It doesn’t have a light, fluffy texture inside. It doesn’t taste fried either. The lemonade has more sugar than lemonade. Please add more lemon flavor and less sugar. Restaurant has great potential. After few tweaks it will be even better.

you all should be ashamed of the mess you sent to my house and allowed me to pay for the NE NAWLINS Trio was terrible to say the least , the etouffe had a drizzle on it and one mushy shrimp the red beans and rice was just that beans and rice no meat and the gumbo if you can call it that was void of taste and also had one tasteless shrimp . I'll never make this mistake again oh and the Bourdain Boudin Balls wasn't even done on the inside , wow what a mess and waist of almost 40 damn dollars !!!!
