• DoorDash orderGot the Sardis Salmon with arroz chaufa, sprouts, and carrots. I dunno who is on the grill tonight, but please make them employee of the month. My salmon was cooked perfectly and flaked apart when I went to put a piece on my fork. I'm fasting for Good Friday and this was the perfect meal to break my fast for the day. Salmon is normally good but was exceptional today.

• DoorDash orderI normally enjoy this combination, but todays portions were really small. I also learned that Sardis now charges for the sauces. None are complimentary anymore. These changes will influence my future buying choices.
