Rice was clumpy and the chicken barely had any sauce on it and was chewy the steamed vegetables were really soggy

I have ordered food from Sarku Japan a few times and the food has been fantastic. I ordered Shrimp Bento and also Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki. Nice large portions. I will def order again and try the other dishes.
