tried them again thinking maybe I got a fluke lazy team but no...chicken was chewy, mac and cheese looked and tasted like yesterday mornings leftovers, and the biscuits were stale. never again.

Tenders were chewy and spicy for some reason, so my daughter wouldn't eat them. mac and cheese looked and tasted like it was leftover from yesterday's lunch rush. biscuits were overcooked and half burnt. ranch was good tho.

The food is actually pretty good, but I can't rate them higher than 1 star because at the very least what they do for their Tender Combo Meals (haven't looked at others is scummy and I am very certain actually illegal). The meal is listed at X price and in the description of the meal it comes with a biscuit. You have no choice, but to get the biscuit and are actually charged extra for this. So your meal actually costs more (at least $2) than what it is listed as. Pretty sure this would fall under false advertising, but the price for the biscuit isn't hidden so it might not. Either way that is very scummy.

first 2 times food was great. 3rd time coleslaw was bad and mac was old but chicken was great and fresh. the biscuit is delicious better than anywhere
