Wow! TheCalifornia Roll #2 is fantastic. It's a big roll and stuffed with good things. I'm impressed. Plenty of ginger slices and really good Wasabi.

I am so hooked on the Satori Special Roll. It is a large well filled roll that comes with plenty of Wasabi and fresh ginger. So good and filling.

The University roll was good. The beef teriyaki in the 2 item bento was very thin and small, drenched in sauce, and does not taste grilled. Everything else was decent though. Good for the value.

Satori Sushi & Teriyaki Grill my favorite Japanese restaurant! My family and I have been going to Satori for many years. The sushi, sashimi, tempura, udon, and food is always good! The Philadelphia Roll is delicious and is the best! Thank you Satori!

Out of all of the Japanese restaurants in Elk Grove, Satori has the best Sunomono. It's simple but so crisp and tasty. Please never change it! I also love their Crunch Roll, miso soup, and Shrimp Tempura Appetizer! So far only one experience hasn't been that great but overall the quality is pretty consistent and tasty!
