the food was good overall but the chicken tenders were a little dry and the chili cheese fries were disappointing. the sliders were great though. the regular fries they gave me were half fresh and half old.

This food was absolutely terrible. First time customer as of today and I tried the Signature Steakhouse slider at Great Lakes Crossing @ lunch and it was phenomenal! Not even exaggerating. Ordered it from this location and the meat tasted like it sat on the counter all day. The only think I can take from this is it's not all locations, just this one. I hope they get some retraining on how to prepare thes sandwiches before someone gets sick.

pleasantly surprised the onion rings arrived crunchy and warm. sliders are hefty & good.
