I just love this restaurant! I ordered pineapple chicken, spring rolls with peanut sauce, sticky rice and a small green salad with lemon dressing. So much it will be two meals! The pineapple chicken is subtly spicy and dreamy over rice. Can not get enough of the spring rolls for sure. It is always my "go to" Thai restaurant!

Both the Pumpkin Curry and the Green Curry are my all time favorites. I'm also obsessed with the Garlic Beef. It's so garlicky and so delicious. I'm going broke over this place. LOVE!

Delicious! It's nice when restaurants have figured out how to get the fried stuff packaged in a way that doesn't have it arrive soggy -- the Thaí Egg Rolls were crispy! Some notes for myself: The Large Tom Kha Soup includes celery. And the Yellow Curry is tasty and quite mild. (Branch out, maybe -Try red?!)

The spring rolls ate fresh and packed with delicious veggies and tofu. They are the best that I have found in Santa Cruz.
Other restaurants, fill the spring rolls with lettuce .

Sawasdee Soquel is the best Thai restaurant in the Santa Cruz area. Over the last 2 years, my partner and I have tried basically everything on the whole menu and are never disappointed. Some of our favorites we go back to often are the Three Season Fish, Eggplant Delight, and Pad Khee Mao (Drunken Noodles). Their soups are also amazing too. Their Kao Lao Beef (Thai beef broth) is the perfect cozy food. Literally anything you order is going to be delicious, fresh, and super filling. The staff is always super nice too. Even though we have never dined in at the restaurant, their warmth is felt even while we call in our order and stop in to pick it up.
