Sawatdee began in 1983 as the first Thai restaurant in the five-state area. Minnesotans were intrigued by the sweet, sour, bitter and salty taste combinations found in authentic Thai cooking. "it do…
The Sticky rice was really good. You can taste the bamboo leaves from it, and that is how you know it was made properly. The Duck curry had too big of chopped veggies, wish they were diced a bit more for bite sizes, but over all the meat was super tender and flavor was amazing!

This place has gone downhill. I am actually surprised they have not gone out of business. We ordered spicy noodles with chicken and the fisherman's delight. First of all, $28 for the Fisherman's delight is ridiculous. And there was hardly any seafood in it. Same problem with the spicy noodles, hardly any chicken there either. My business will go to Lotus or Hong Kong from now on.

The Shrimp and sp3. Shrimp & Scallops in Garlic Sauce was so overpriced for the amount given and was heavily mostly just veggies with only a handful of the meat aspect so that was pretty disappointing. the 2. Fried Vegetarian Spring Rolls were the best spring rolls I have ever had and the 11. Wontons were also really good, we got the half and half order with normal and jalapenos and both were really tasty. in the future, I would skip the entre and get their apps because they are really good.

putting this review in as i'm eating bc the pad thai was so good. i have not been able to eat good food like this in a long time and i'm glad i made a good choice. so much flavor, paired with the fresh spring rolls was the best combo. everything was packages so well and my food was still piping hot upon arrival :)

Might have been the worst Thai food ive ever had and i remember certain Sawatdee locations being incredibly delicious.
68. Spicy Noodles were bland and dry, just overloaded with spice
9. Coconut Shrimp was soggy, cold, and 90% breading.
38. Red Curry i could hardly recognize the flavor profile of red curry and was extremely oily/watered down.
