It was really tasty and you really get a lot for the price! My entree came with a small salad, minestrone soup, and bread! Plus they included some chili flakes and Parmesan in the package, which I appreciated.

Scarantino's has been there for about 50 years, is family owned and operated, and Jim S. or other family is always on site. This has been my favorite Italian restaurant in the Glendale/Pasadena/Burbank area for decades, and I grew up on Italian food in Buffalo, NY, so my standards are high!
This is traditional, Italian "comfort food", complete with red checkered tablecloths, and it doesn't get much better than this! I don't think I've ever had better Eggplant Parmigiana, frankly!
Those looking for "trendy" Italian food should go to the West Side!

I ordered the Angel Hair Tomato & Basil and one, I received way more food that I thought I would. Great value. Two, the foot was piping hot like it was fresh out of my kitchen. Food is delicious and tastes like home.
