I always get their pastrami but was craving a sub. The #15 Little Italy Torpedo did not disappoint. Generous serving of meat, crisp lettuce, and soft bread. I added mustard and mayo and they went really well with the vinaigrette.
Have them cut it and save the other half for a second lunch.

Do not get me wrong, place makes a great sandwich and burger was good...but was it $18 good with nothing included? no...also potatoe salad was like 3 tablespoon of flavorless potatoes n celery in watery mayo..the salted chips was just a bag of basic kettle chips..both almost $4 dollars a piece. Cookie was meh and also over priced. Ya the sandwichs good and burger compaired. However, the overpricing is insulting and the sides portion terrible taste and small. Only go here for sandwiches and if your wallet full. This going to my maybe 1 or 2 tomes a year place.

I ordered a corned beef and pastrami sandwich with hot mustard. Hardly any mustard on the sandwich and for $20, for a sandwich I thought I'd be full. I had to eat again 2 hours later. I'm not a big guy, I only eat 2 meals a day. The sandwich was "ok" but that kind of money I'll get something from a different place.

#14 Sloppy Paul I can't get enough of this reuben. Pricey but worth it. Only complaint: didn't get the extra side of dressing that I ordered.

Bubbe's Plain Cheesecake - Slice Cheesecake
is a classic dense favorite here, not overly sweet.
Sandwich #3 Nashville was a great discovery, brisket excellent and lean, sliced neatly. Flavored BBQ sauce and crisp creamy cole slaw on the soft hero roll makes this brisket a superior sandwich choice, yum! The chicken noodle soup is a joy anytime but in winter its comfort/flavors bring back memories of Mom's home-cooking...and Grandma's as well. How soothing if you have a dry throat when the furnace runs more. Plenty of real chicken too ! Enjoy the #26(Turkey) All-American and the Egg Salad #18 Park Slope here too, well made with good fresh breads to choose from. We prefer half-stuffed, plenty of protein even when 2 share halves. But we know there are good reasons to order "overstuffed" too. One is that person always asking to try some of yours.
