Missing all dipping sauces. Including all the extras that cost $2.50 each. Has happened on multiple occasions so best to eat in restaurant location if you want sauces.

The food deserves 5 stars but they will scam you consistently if you order sauces. They simply refuse to give you all the sauces you order. If you order one sauce, you'll be lucky if they give it to you, if you order two sauces I can guarantee that you will only receive one. This happens DAILY. As if they are deliberately scamming customers.
They can clearly read because the rest of the order is always correct, the only explanation is that they are deliberately scamming people who order extra sauce..
Mistakes are fine. Repeated mistakes are okay. But consistent mistakes are not mistakes, they are deliberate action. I'm so sick of dropping $30 on a meal only to have it ruined because they refused to give me the sauce I ordered.
Tips: do not order more than one sauce per listing, you can choose up to three.. don't, you will not receive it. Order the sauces separately for the best chance of getting a correct order.
To be clear, this has happened almost daily for the last 4 weeks. I otherwise would not be writing this, mistakes do happen, but these are not mistakes.

Milkshakes are delish! Particularly loved the cookies and cream. Totally hit the spotfor a late night craving.
