Chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, pipping hot and tasted great. I love their fries too. Generous portion size. It was the perfact lunch. I was so happy to see Scratch on Doordash as I hate leaving the office for lunch. A++

Chicken tenders are huge so I have to order the 1 piece kids meal! Okra is crunchy (good thing) and the Banana Pudding Cup is always good (just a bit expensive, so it my splurge)

Everything was so delish. chicken tenders,fried okra, collard greens,the mac and cheese is the best I've ever had. Apple pie egg rolls were superb along with the banana pudding Hard to find good coleslaw but honestly, this is first time my family has eaten there and it's not going to be the last for sure. Excellent all the way around!!! My compliments to the chef!👍☺️

I was SO excited to try this restaurant. Sadly, I have literally nothing positive to say about this experience. Our order was wrong, the chicken breading was wet and slimy, the mashed potatoes were not seasoned, and came with neither gravy nor salt. The family-sized mac and cheese was served as one cool, crusty slab tossed in a cardboard box. The biscuits were dry and hard, not a drop of butter in sight. We did not receive the bacon cheese fries we ordered, so I can't speak to those. I have used DoorDash multiple times a week for years, and this is the first time an order has been bad enough to write a review. I am so extremely disappointed; this was a complete waste of money. I can get this exact same meal at K&W and it's ten times better for 1/4 of the price.

Wings were okay, decent. I expected 6 whole pieces of chicken, like when I order from Popeyes or KFC a 6 piece is 6 whole pieces of chicken. For $10 all your really getting is 3 wings. Expensive for just 3 chicken wings with no sides. I'll stick to my usual menu items now.
