Pork Belly Tonkotsu Ramen - I've had a lot of tonkotsu ramen from all over (including Japan and Michelin) and this is the first time it's bad. Foodie and ramen people should pass on this. The egg barely had any color to it and the broth was very light in color and not rich in flavor. Noodles were overcooked and soggy. I think part of this is because of how it's packaged (all of it is put into a paper based cup container). Usually, ramen places separate the broth from the noodles and toppies/meat - that'll be my advice to them. They do have great pictures and maybe the sushi is better. I'll be sticking to my Milwaukee places for ramen.

The Rock Crab California Roll was much smaller than anticipated due to the high price, it was only six small pieces. It was made fresh, though, which was apparent from the first bite. The Veggie Spring Rolls look wonderful and I'm excited to try them !

Sake Maki, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Avocado Roll, and California Roll were good, but they gave me ginger and wasabi, and I requested none for all rolls. Love the amount of seeds on the avo and cali rolls.

Getting half an ounce of wasabi and pickled ginger for almost a 60$ order is kind of embarrassing.
No untensils, no napkins.
The food was good, not great and not terrible. Slightly disappointed and will not be ordering again from here.
