Best gluten free bun I've had on the BLT. The Goat Cheese Crostini would be perfection with a little tweak - the goat cheese is soupy so I'd recommend thicker goat cheese, toast buttered bread and cheese. The flavor blends were great otherwise.

BLT had 2 slices of bacon on it. Do not order the BLT or you will be disappointed. There are much better sandwich shops close by, dont waste your time and money
