the meat to cheese ratio on the Birria Quesadilla and Consomme and 3 Pieces Birria Tacos and Consomme was perfect, they do not skimp! the Carne Asada Fries were spicy and packed with toppings , again they don't skimp. 2 Oz Pico De Gallo was done very well, little on the tart side but I enjoyed it very much.

Food was overall good. The carne asada fries topped off with the sauce was my favorite, flavor was great. The birria quesadilla was not the best, flavor was lacking, but the portion size was huge. Lastly the Esquites (Mexican street corn) was fire my daughter and I def enjoyed it, portion size was perfect although it's a little bit pricey.

the food was good, everything was worth the price, except the portion for the Esquites (Mexican street corn) was very small (tasted good, but expensive for the small tray). the 3 Pieces Birria Tacos and Consomme tastes similar to carne asada if you add cilantro and onions and top it off with the lime. The consomme has a flavor similar to chili without any spice (you can get salsa on the side to add to the taco or the consomme).

omg hands down best Mexican food I've had on this island! had the Birria Quesadilla and Consomme and it's AMAZING so flavourful tender and delicious it was packed with meat so filling even the rice is full of flavor I Love this place and it's good great Tamales and Tacos and the burritos are huge! I'm so full Gracias Amigos! my Horchata (Made in House) was good but I think a little watery maybe because the ice melted in delivery I'll ask for no ice next time Build Your Own Burrito

That's the cilantro on my Quesadilla Plate if you couldn't tell since it was so wilted and old. I've also never been served an entire cilantro stalk instead of chopped cilantro at a Mexican restaurant before. Their side of chips (only one for two entrees?) was so pitiful it felt disrespectful for them to even include it in the order. There were literally less than a dozen. It also includes a choice for salsa with each entree, which we had to assume was the half filled 2oz ramikens. I suppose only 6 chips each are what we needed to eat that amount of salsa - none left for your food if that's what you like. Also, our sour cream was busted and leaked through the paper bag to make a mess on my mat. The Mexican rice is also very very laughable. It's just rice and some kind of oil. Don't waste your time. Best Hispanic food on the island is at the Wahiawa location Taqueria El Ranchero 10/10 recommend that place way over this place if you can make the trip - especially on the weekend for the pozole.
