I saw this restraunt on Check Please . Everything looked so great. And yes, the Bacon is very good. I ordered, hash, eggs, biscuits, potatoes, and fruit. Even the jam was exceptionally yummy

So bad. No tomatillo & green chile sauce, not fresh tortilla chips, very little beans, almost no cotija cheese. Awful.

The eggs were watered down and had no taste. Due to the egg shortage going on right now, I think they are trying to stretch the egg supply. This is a deceitful practice and unfair to the customer. The bacon was really tasty though.

The bacon cheddar omelet was tasty but honestly the food arrived a bit cold and the hash browns were soggy, plus my order was missing it included biscuit. The sticky bun made up for it at least -- super tasty, perfectly moist, and chewy.
